Emily, our brand new Super Feelers Club co-facilitator, lost her best friend last year and has been on a grief journey like nothing she has ever experienced before. Grief and loss is always hard, but the intensity of emotions and suicidality that come with BPD make for an even harder journey. Emily shares with us what losing the "Christina to her Meredith" has been like for her and how she has stayed alive despite not always wanting to.
