On today's episode, Sarene chats with Liz, a young woman who was emotionally abused by her stepmother. Although Liz has been setting boundaries with her family for several years, she is still only at the beginning of her healing journey. I am so grateful to Liz for her transparency, and for giving me the opportunity to share her story with all of you.  

For the sake of her privacy, Liz will be referred to by her first name only.
