The Indians might have had the day off, but I do not so instead we will talk about the Columbus Clippers a team which has some interesting prospects and also some injury issues this year. Then we take a look back at the 2016 draft and see who ended up doing better the Cleveland Indians or my own shadow draft from that year. (I win)

We look at the game against the Reds and highlight another questionable decision by Tito which helped lead to a loss. We talk about the litany of bad choices he has made this year. Then we got down to Akron to look at the pitchers and hitters down there with a focus on two top statistical performers Eli Morgan and Kyle Nelson.

The Indians had a tough matchup against Luis Castillo but were able to come away with a win in extra innings. We talk about the game, then dig into the Mahoning Valley roster which takes the title most interesting team in the Indians minor leagues this year. Last we talk a little about Lynchburg, and wax on about how excited fans should be for what Nolan Jones has done in the minors.

The Indians do not have a game today, so instead, we talk about the upcoming series with the Reds who have been a confounding team struggling with the offense and excelling with pitching. Then we dive into team stats to see how things have changed over the last month in terms of Indians overall standings in several offensive and pitching categories. Lastly, we take a look in at the Lake County Captains and the changes that have occurred and who has produced or not produced this year so far.

The Indians take two of three from the Yankees after taking two of three from the Twins. They are one game over .500 right as they begin a month against the bottom feeders and the Texas Rangers. We go over all three games from this weekend. Then dive into stats to try and figure out the good, the bad, and the indifferent. If you were curious it breaks down among the hitters as five good, three bad, and two indifferent.

The Indians lose, due in part to a manager who left a pitcher in too long and decided to bat his worst hitter second. We look at the corpse that is Jason Kipnis and the struggles of Trevor Bauer. If the Indians struggles do continue we explore the idea of a trade with Tampa Bay and what the Indians could ask for in such a deal.

The Indians beat the Twins yet again thanks to another power explosion by the offense. We talk about the situation with Carlos Carrasco and how the Indians are now 3/5's of their starting rotation. The majority of the show is again focused on the draft though. I talk about some names to know and my overall feelings now that the 2019 draft is in the books. We even take a small look at next year.

We spend the first five minutes of the show in the Indians win thank you, Francisco Lindor. Then the rest of the show is focused on the 10 draft picks the Indians made on day 1 and 2 of the draft. Every single player I talk about and give projections. I end with some talk about the negativity tied to the Indians as well, and how much I respect the scouting staff and the work they put in.

First, we take a look at today's game against the White Sox and the improvement shown with Tito by moving down Kipnis. The continued uptick by Jose Ramirez and Greg Allen. The concerns with Cookie Carrasco, and wonder why it is the pitching coach is catching no flack for the regression of the top three arms. Then we talk about one of the possible approaches to the draft that has been mentioned and go back to the 2012 draft to show what can happen when you spread around your pool money evenly for a large pool of names over one high prospect.
