December is in the rear view mirror.   Does that make everything easier?   Unfortunately, no it doesn't other than more rest for the players.

The Utah Jazz have lost 10 of 12 and it feels really rough.  How should we be feeling about this team and where they are headed?   Locke takes it back to the beginning of the year and what the feeling was about the team and what we thought they would do during this scheduling anomaly.  Couple that with the team not having Rudy Gobert and the defense has become a sieve.

It is one thing to lose, but another to be ranked near the bottom in offense and in defense.  Why has this happened and can it be corrected?  Locke believes the Jazz have lost their collective soul with all the losing and the question is when can they regain some confidence.

Locke has two theories on what happened to the Jazz in the blow out loss to the Thunder last night.  One has to do with urgencey and the other has to do with physically being outmanned.  The Spurs have broken the defensive cheat code.  How are they able to have the third-best defense in the NBA with a group of players you would not call defensive minded.   We dig into the numbers to see if we can find the answer to what the Spurs are doing defensively.

Then it is time for the Facebook live questions.  Today the questions centered around Dante Exum, Donovan Mitchell, the trade market and the goals of the trade market and Ricky Rubio.

David Locke and Ron Boone look at how much of the Jazz blow out loss to the Thunder was a pure case of fatigue and how much was self-inflicted.   Locke takes an interesting approach at the end of why the Jazz may seem to have more games recently where they don't have the juice they need to have.
