David Locke looks at the loss to the Milwaukee Bucks and the 3 game Jazz losing streak.  With lots of calls for change as the Jazz struggle to reintegrate Rudy Gobert, Locke looks at who the Jazz are and what the real issue is with the team. 

In the first segment, he looks at the level of defenses the Jazz have been playing and how different it has been in the last 4 games compared to the prior 11.  Then Locke digs into the defensive numbers of the Jazz with Favors, Gobert and without each other.  

It is all  a search for the real issue in the Jazz three game losing streak.

Locke looks at the Jazz loss to the Houston Rockets last night and when you dig inside the numbers it becomes clear that the issue of the night was much more the greatness of the Houston Rockets than anything wrong with the Utah Jazz.

The integration of Rudy Gobert has been expectedly cumbersome and how what are the Jazz to do to try to get the offense humming the way it was before Gobert returned to the line-up.

The Jazz win streak came to an end last night to the Oklahoma City Thunder.  Locke says this was about the Thunder not the Jazz.  More importantly, everything about the Jazz continued to trend in the correct direction on both the offensive and the defensive end.

Donovan Mitchell metoric rise jumped a big step last night scoring 31 points against two of the best defensive wings in the NBA, Andre Roberson and Paul George.   The stretch he is on right now is leaving comparisions that are only all-star and hall of fame type players.  Is that ok
