Apparently, Tigers were hapless and got thrashed by a merciless omnipotent Sale Sharks side and then made the scoreline a bit more acceptable in the second half, according to some online and in the med-i-yah. Jacob is joined by Hannah to go through why that wasn't quite the case at all, breaking down how ill-discipline was Tigers' undoing before praising the awesome fightback. Despite promising otherwise, we make the same argument endlessly which is basically just, the platform is there, it just needs time for connections to build. On Saturday 25th October, 246 (246???) days after the last league outing, Leicester Tigers Women will be playing their season opener against the auld enemy Sale Sharks, emboldened by former Tigers coaches Tom Hudson and Luke Stratford and a host of ex-Tigers players. We also chat about the recent news that former interim WRU Performance Director Huw Bevan is now Head of Rugby Operations at Leicester.
