Finding motivation and inspiration to do the things we know are good for us is a never-ending struggle for many of us - but what if it's much easier than we're making it out to be? In this episode, Lucy chats through the Inspiration - Motivation - Action cycle, shares some practical advice for how to get things done with the minimum motivation as well as some prompts for you to find your 'why' for the things you choose to do. Through designing our environments and lifestyles to best suit us and valuing the act of just doing something rather than nothing, we can start to naturally feel more motivated and inspired in our day to day lives!
