This week I paid attention to “how” I practiced yoga, how I moved through a task or activity, how I interacted, how I made and ate a meal, how I drove my car, and how I moved through my daily routine. By watching “how” I moved through the details of my life, I noticed a shift in the way I experienced what I was doing.
I noticed a feeling of empowerment when I made “how” I moved through my moments a priority. I may not always be able to choose “what” I am moving through, but I can always choose “how” I move through it.
