• In this episode, I share a personal story from my childhood that surprised me in the best way. I recently came across a short story I wrote when I was 11, and as I reread it, I realized it was filled with themes of activation, star family, light language, and remembrance long before I had any conscious framework for those things. It opened a really honest reflection on creativity, fear, imagination, and how much we often know before we “know.”I also talk about how many starseeds and lightworkers wrestle with doubt when they still feel deeply human, and why self-compassion and inner exploration matter more than labels.
