More about Tina:
Tina Williams is the author of Woman in the basement How To Live Your Best Life 75% of The Time
She is a longtime sufferer of premenstrual dysphoric disorder, otherwise known as PMDD. Her journey through life as a sufferer offers unique self-development perspectives and alternative ways of approaching women’s mental health issues.
Before her diagnosis, she earned a Masters in Information Systems and navigated the world of the hi-tech industry, studying systems and how components interact with one another.
She loves to travel with her two children and go on long runs with her dog Lucky. When she’s alone you can find her writing and micro dosing psilocybin.
"There is no definition of done, we don’t reach the peak and stop climbing. When we finally reach the top, we simply turn around to show others the way, lifting them up to walk alongside us."
