Le'Nise Brothers is an important part of the PMDD community and today I'm sharing her amazingly informative interview from the PMDD Healing Summit in 2021.
Le’Nise is a yoga teacher and registered nutritionist, mBANT, mCNHC, specializing in women’s health, hormones and the menstrual cycle.
She is also the host of the Period Story podcast, which aims to break taboos around menstrual health and hormones.
Le’Nise has helped hundreds of women improve their menstrual and hormone health through her private practice and group programmes, her Instagram page and talks and workshops for the likes of Stylist, Channel 4, Boden, Ebay and TikTok.
Her first book You Can Have A Better Period was released in March 2022.

Lisa de Jong is an important part of the PMDD and Endo communities and in this episode you'll get all the wisdom she shared with the PMDD Healing Summit in 2021.
Lisa is a wellbeing and health coach specializing in the menstrual cycle, chronic pain, somatic mental health and nervous system regulation.
She helps people to feel better in their bodies and improve other areas of their lives through a somatic approach.
Her work is informed by neuroscience, biology, psychology as well as her own personal journey with chronic pain. She works with clients through private 1:1 work, group workshops and online courses. She offers free consultations and resources via her website.

Natalie Ryan Hebert is a huge part of the PMDD community and in this episode you'll get all the wisdom she shared with the PMDD Healing Summit in 2021.
Natalie is the founder of The Red Tent Program for PMDD.
She has helped hundreds of people all over the world to heal deep trauma, find freedom from limiting, negative belief patterns and step into their authentic selves to live the life they really deserve through her unique protocol which combines Rapid Transformational Therapy, hypnotherapy and metacognitive Psychology.
She has combined all her professional and personal skills, knowledge and wisdom from her own personal journey of overcoming PMDD to create her program – "I have poured myself into it and it is my honour, purpose and privilege to do this important work".
Natalie is also the mom of four amazing kids ranging in ages from 6 to 20. Originally from Australia she lives in Copenhagen with her Danish husband who works as a pediatrician.
