Hiring is a big job.  It takes time, energy, & additional resources. Of course this is usually at a time when you feel like you don’t have any of it.  So there is nothing worse than when you make a hire and find out a few months later that it was a bad one.🤦🏻‍♀️ 

But let’s put the odds in our favor.
