So let us talk about people who are hard to manage. First of all, who are these people among your staff? These are the employees that need to be managed all the time, or they won't perform at their best. These difficult people need extra coaching, feedback, time, and attention from you. They are the ones who are inexperienced, disengaged, or hard-headed.
Today, I am giving practical tips on how to manage difficult employees in the workplace. Hopefully, these tips will not only work in restaurant manager training but, generally, for staff training and development to find better ways how to deal with hard people.
