I recently had this vulnerable post moment (over on the Instagrams) where I shared this movie-like vision of this person who I thought I would be by now and what "she" looked like in my mind's eye for the future. Like, when I sit and think of my life 5 or 10 years from now, this chick appears. So, I share a bit about who this person is (and even more in this weird IG post I made) but, here's the thing, this realization hit me out of nowhere a couple of weeks ago. I think we all have these vivid ideas of who we are and where we're going but we don't necessarily always know that we have them. This episode is about diving into that mental-movie and coming to terms with making your own vision a reality (or not).
