Happy MamMaJ Monday!! I have a very interesting episode in store for you today. As you can tell by the title, the theme for this week is letting go. I know it's easier said than done but today's ep is starting off with a guided meditation on letting go. I would like to note that this is only a tool to help assist you in your journey it's not meant to take all your pain away. Keep that in mind because a lot of the self-work that is done here is exactly that...work! You will only receive what you put in the work to get. But don't worry I believe in you, if I can do it you certainly can. Along with this meditation, I will also be sharing a piece of myself that I've tried my best to keep private, however, I do believe this will help aid you in your journey as it did with mine.

Hello, my babies, happy MamMaJ Monday! The hiatus is officially over and we are back in business. Today's meditation is all about visualization so make sure you're in a space where you can focus. The topic is on the importance of feeling your feels but knowing when to push forward which is a very slippery slope indeed so let's get into it!

Challenge: step up to the plate and push yourself further in whatever aspect of your life you feel is most applicable. For example, I (eventually) pushed past my depressive episode and didn't allow it to continue to define me. What would yours be?
