In this episode, Ginny and Cassie wanted to talk about how to manifest through overwhelm. If you have a business, it’s the time of year where you may be looking at your list of everything you wanted to do in 2019 and realizing that there’s not much time left.

However, with so much going on in Ginny and Cassie’s lives right now, they end up talking about several topics and providing more valuable advice than they had even planned. Cassie is launching a program where you can work with her for five years and describes why she is so excited about this endeavor.

As we grow, we have to retrain the people around us to respond to us in a new way that supports who we are. Ginny discusses the great place of harmony that she has found with her mom and the whole process of evolution, shifting the episode into a discussion about parental relationships. This leads into her desire to not speak negatively about anyone else.

Cassie loves that Ginny planned a difficult conversation with her mother and points out that thoroughly preparing it can make having that very conversation unnecessary. If we are willing to have the conversation, we are already owning what we want.

Remember that changing the relationship with your parents is a process. It’s slow because we often don’t see our parents every day. Take a minute of your day and reflect within yourself about if it feels better to criticize something about your parents or to appreciate the things they bring to your life.
