Fresh from a triumphant holiday in Wales for Andy, and a less triumphant break in Cornwall for MARM, the boys discuss their varying fortunes as parkrun tourists.

Our special guest Jamie displays his knowledge of tunes, but not necessarily any knowledge of either popular culture nor the film or TV series with which the tune is actually linked to, which sadly is the very concept of "Goldy on the Guitar".

Andy and MARM also review their first "Outside Broadcast" of MARMCAST at the Stratford Summer Six, which was hosted at the home of Mary Arden, a lovely lady, with a well tended farm.
