The boys are back!! And we are organised!! All of the ideas we had when we started the pod, but were replaced with chaos, have been brought back into focus. Sort of.

Andy is better, we have a special guest who is absolutely Bigger Than Running (it's AUBREY!!!) and we get Simon from the Centurion Running Club to play a ridiculously easy game of Goldy on Guitar.

Andy reviews the Big Bear Petsall 10K, Andy thoroughly empties his mail sack and we discuss our exciting upcoming races.
