Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 25!!

This week Andy and MARM celebrate their 25th Birthday on MARMCAST. Not their 25th, but the podcast's. I hope that's clear.

As well as reminiscing about what THEY were doing at 25, Andy and MARM also imagine a new Ultra Race that they will be setting up as the first of a MARMCAST series set in Austria. 

As well as Parkrun Parables, advice from Dr Ian, a bursting mailsack and a few shoutouts, the boys play Goldy with Simon Francetti (not an associate of David Dickinson).

The finale gives the boys the chance to review their races of 2025, including the winner of the coveted "Best Thunderbox" - a real hidden gem.
