David from Aberdeen is this week's guest on Goldy and discusses the Loch Ness Marathon, and the reality of what can go wrong in London when luck goes against you. 

And...Stu Cashmore, the other half of the Indigo Sunsets, FINALLY drops in for a guest appearance and helps Andy to review the Silverstone 10K and the Great Birmingham Run. Stu discusses the joys of golf, music and the future for the boys, as well as making a legally binding promise about MARMFEST.
