It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on what is going on in the egg world. In order to keep producing in the most efficient manner, we must understand the current economic situation. People might think understanding the egg economy is not a big priority, but we do need to know a bit about egg prices and cost fluctuations. In particular, we need to understand how the market, prices, and costs differ based on production systems and other factors, along with the outlook for the future. Considering that, my conversation in this episode with Maro Ibarburu is about the production and market trends of the egg industry, as well as how information is developed and used in the egg industry.
