Kim functions as a lawyer and holds the position of acting general counsel at Children’s Health Defense, a non-profit organization with the core objective of safeguarding the progressively vulnerable health and rights of children and other individuals. Alongside this role, she manages a personal law practice that specializes in addressing insurance-related challenges confronted by families dealing with individuals on the autism spectrum disorder and medical service providers catering to those with ASD. She has contributed as a co-author for HPV Vaccine On Trial, served as a co-editor and chapter author for Vaccine Epidemic, and penned The Parent’s Autism Sourcebook.
