What inspires him to believe that we can heal from trauma and find our way to lives beyond what we can imagine? Dr. Randall Bell, born with a congenital heart condition, was diagnosed with PTSD early in life. His own path to Mt. Kilimanjaro convinced him that as humans, we are able to go forward from traumatic experience. This led him to his passion for supporting others towards their best lives.
