Michael Balcom is an innovative and tenacious land flipper. After making a living flipping items at garage sales and mastering the art of poker, Michael found his true calling in the land flipping business. With just two years of active experience, he's already built out an extraordinary team and has a couple 6 figure deals under his belt.

Michael's expertise lies in building strong teams and executing creative deals that have consistently led to success in the land flipping industry. Adept at adapting to new trends and technologies, he's dedicated to constantly learning and growing his skills.

Before his journey into land flipping, Michael had an array of experiences, from performing in musicals to being a Disney Dreamers Academy Champion, a real estate agent, and an enthusiastic athlete. He also spent time as a gymnast, musician, and a pickleball pro for about five years. This diverse background has shaped him into the person he is today, equipped with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.
