Hi guys! Thank you so much for all the nice reach arounds. Just kidding. Thanks for reaching out, wishing me well & sending me all the healing thoughts. Great news - I didn't get horrible news from my cardiologist! I'm still not the picture of health, but there's a game plan. So it'll be a long process for me, but I should start feeling a bit more like myself soon. I will be back next week, recording you a new episode. That's my biggest goal. I've missed you all very much, and thanks for putting up with me. I really appreciate the love and support.

In case you guys read these, I thought I'd briefly let you know why I'm only posting old episodes again. I've had issues with my heart since I was a little kid, and they just keep getting worse.
