We chat about how to store them, how to declutter them and how to save yourself money by going shopping in your cupboards first! We chat about keeping your prescriptions together and updated, we give tips on how to dispose of ( & how not dispose of!) out of date medicines and how to use technology to help you keep on track of your daily medicine-taking routine. We also lament at kids inability to dispose of band-aid wrappers and their need to have a bandaid on for the most inane reasons. Laugh along with us as we chat oils, naturopathy, traumatic splinter removal stories, snakes bites and so much more. We hope you enjoy it!
