In this first “rendezvous and record” series, Bethany hosts a client of hers – Dr. Jones! Since Bethany met Dr. Jones a few years ago, she has been impressed with the level of respect and appreciation that Dr. Jones has fostered with his team. In this episode, Dr. Jones explains how he and his wife have prioritized respect and appreciation amongst their staff for over 16 years. They have learned important lessons along the way, and Dr. Jones has reflected on his own personal weaknesses as a leader. After identifying his weaknesses, he has prioritized supplementing his weaknesses with outside sources to ensure that his team stays supported and valued. Bethany has also been incredibly impressed with the creative marketing initiatives that she has witnessed each time she spends time with Dr. Jones and his team. As an orthodontist, Dr. Jones and his wife realize the importance of marketing, and they invest substantial mental energy coming up creative ways to marketing to the community. Finally, Bethany ends the episode asking Dr. Jones two questions from the “Annual Reflection” challenge. Enjoy listening to sound advice from a wonderful practice owner!
