Meha Agrawal is the Founder & CEO of Silk and Sonder, a self-care and mental wellness startup based out of San Francisco, CA. She launched a guided monthly planner and journal subscription service inspired by positive psychology and bullet journal techniques, that makes daily and proactive self-care more personalized, accessible, and actionable for women from the comfort of their homes. Prior to founding Silk and Sonder, Meha was a Software Engineer and Product Manager for Goldman Sachs, Stitch Fix, The Muse, and Fueled. She also advises women-led startups and is a founding member of Dreamers // Doers, The Wing, Lady Drinks, Female Founder Collective and other women’s groups. She splits her time between New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles and is excited to build a mental wellness brand that empowers women to be their authentic, best selves worldwide.
