  • The only way out is through.

It’s one thing to be able to process emotions on your own, but another beautiful thing is working through them with others. Having friends and people in your life that make you feel safe enough to be vulnerable with/to is essential. One of those friends for us is Eliany, and we’re so honored to have her on the pod! She is one of the most compassionate and empathetic people ever that radiates the most nurturing light. We dissect the way we work through different emotions, why it’s important to feel all the feelings and how it’s different for everyone. When we go through things, if you saw your friends being terrible to themselves you’d want to help them or tell them to stop, so why do we self sabotage? Hope you enjoy besties! <3 - Khanh and Jules

  • Everything you want is on the other side of fear.

We hope you love our solo episodes every first Monday as much as we love them because there are always so many gems in our catch-ups. We discuss learning to sit in stillness and trust in the peace of the moment, practice bettering our communication skills in real life situations, reshaping our experiences and prioritizing ourselves and not allow the way you could be perceived to control your actions, etc. We hope you can relate and enjoy. <3 - Khanh and Jules
