Wendy Ward, PhD, ABPP, FAPA, joins us for today’s edition of the Faculty Factory Podcast to discuss mentoring programs and some of the different models available for institutions. Dr. Ward serves as Director of Interprofessional Faculty Development at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is also Associate Director of Professional Wellness, a clinical psychologist and Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UAMS.
