This is an emotional episode for Kathryn, as this was her last phone conversation with Michael, on May 8th 2017, before he passed away in mid July 2017. Kathryn and Michael were friends, collaborators on a popular online course called The New Wave of Yoga, and gym buddies when they were both living in Toronto. They inspired each other to expand the realm of practice, and to adopt new modalities.
