Jillian Hessel has spent her entire life training to become one of the best ballet dancers in the world, and she succeeded. At a mere 18 years old, this native New Yorker was scouted and moved to Europe for an almost fairytale career of plies and elegant body movements. Through rigorous training, she kept herself in peak performance condition, until a fall exposed an unseen diagnosis - scoliosis.
Jillian speaks about her experience learning to completely retrain her body for function and right alignment while having to dismiss most of the knowledge she gained dancing. Her relationship with pilates, and the direct trainees of Mr. Pilates himself, forever changed the way she took care of her body, and those around her. Jillian became a Masters Pilates Instructor, an esteemed author, an international speaker, and a face of the Pilates movement. She has also created and honed her own unique approach to teaching Pilates, which she calls the B.E.A.M. Technique™.

Imagine being 12 years old and waking up to have your body ultimately betray you - losing consciousness, slurring words, unable to lift your limbs when mere days ago you were running around with friends. Donna Owens watched her life turn upside down overnight and spent years being ridiculed that she was making her illness up. Until Dr’s finally gave her the diagnosis that she would never recover or be normal again. How is it possible to find hope where no hope exists?
Donna is an extraordinary guest who explains what almost 30 years of living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have been like. She walks us through the twists and turns from not being connected to her body anymore, to discovering the joy in the small moments and taking back power one small step at a time.
She shares how she has overcome the limits and expectations the world placed on her, how she became a mother and had a successful self-made business, and then went on to become a successful writer, yogi and wellbeing speaker. Donna now helps to inspire others around the world.

“At 60, my rebel was reborn. We say what we think and we wear what we want.” Angie Weihs has always been an impulsive, ecocentric woman who never fit into the stereotypes of the world, and instead made the world fit around her.
She has spent more than 60 years learning how to go full force and harness her wild power from deep within to chase spur of the moment dreams that, almost always, work out, even with odds against her.
Angie is a multi-preneur like no other and has run numerous successful businesses from Art galleries, restaurants, a construction business, and even wedding planning at different locations and countries around the world.
She is an established author and enjoys showing the world in the technicolor that is her eyes. Angie’s passion is to fight against ageism. Leading a tribe of power people she deems Ageless Rebels to encourage passion, power, trendsetting and influence in those that refuse to let a number defy their life and value. Her latest book, “Fringes,” will be available in November.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and it is here to be a critical reminder to make the appointment and get your yearly check.
