It feels strange to write "the final episode," but we know all things come to an end eventually, and this is true for the Mindful Talk podcast. Listeners, thank you so much for being here through these five seasons. It has helped us heal from so many things, created community were there wasn't, and we just loved creating this for you and the world. Continue to live mindfully in all the ways that you know how, and stay in touch with us! Thank you thank you!
Every career we land on is a steppingstone to the next thing. Sometimes we are in careers for reasons that might not support our overarching goals in life. Perhaps this episode with Misti and Lauren will encourage you to make a small or a big change if needed.
The map we once used may not be true our whole lives. Sometimes the map is actually somebody else's. In this episode Misti and Lauren talk about how their own maps have changed and why it's important to continue to rewrite them over and over as you navigate life.
