I talk you through what this has meant to me and what it could mean for you, and take you through how I personally apply it in my own life with a list of non negotiables and bare minimums.
My hope is that this episode provides some grace and freedom if you've been in a season of change and adjustment.

Today I'm talking about a topic that was requested quite a while back by a listener: Growth Mindset. Specifically, I talk about how it can be a game changer when it comes to building habits, and I spend time talking about what a fixed mindset is vs. a growth mindset, and how to shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. We'll also talk about how this might help you declutter your home as well!
I hope you enjoy this episode! If you do, make sure you subscribe so you don't miss the next one.

Today I'm honored to have my friend Sarah Erichsen on the podcast to share her story of anxiety and burnout that she has struggled through over the past year. She shares her story vulnerably and includes several tips for women who feel like they have lost themselves in motherhood, or held off a passion that is so much of who they are due to taking care of little ones. If you've ever felt like you've lost a bit of yourself along your motherhood journey, or if you've struggled with anxiety and burnout, this one is for you.

Today I talk with Stephanie Seferian of The Sustainable Minimalists Podcast. We talk about what it looks like to walk in a realistic way, incrementally towards a more eco friendly life. While "zero waste" often feels unattainable, Stephanie gives us the "why" and the "how to" when it comes to realistically taking small steps towards a more sustainable life.

Today I'm sharing my journey with healing my relationship with movement, food and my body - a journey that I'm still on but that I've shared quite a bit of on instagram. I've gotten requests to share it as a podcast episode, so here it is! I fully believe the way we approach our health and the relationship we have with food and our bodies is a huge part of an intentional life.
I talk about:
-Messages the health/ fitness industry sends us
-How eating less isn't really a good long term solution for most people
-Why so many of us dislike exercise and how to get consistent with moving our bodies in a healthy way
-Questions to help evaluate where you are at personally with movement/ food.
I come at this from a non-expert normal-human standpoint, so take my advice and journey with a grain of salt. My hope is that my story will resonate with you and you can learn from some of the things I've learned along the way and begin healing your relationship with food + fitness if it needs to be healed. The resources I share in the episode:
