Prior to starting Refresh Realty Group, JP worked as an Enterprise Account Manager for a Technology Reseller in the NYC metro region. Managing relationships and adding value for his customers, JP understands how to solve problems for his clients and create “win-win-win” situations for them and for vendors. JP holds a bachelor of Science from DeVry University.

JP owns 72 units in Houston, TX, which are currently undergoing a successful repositioning. He is also a GP in a 297 unit student housing portfolio in South GA and 12-unit outside of Atlanta, GA.
