I can't believe I get to wake up everyday and have conversations with amazing people like Robin. This was such a fascinating conversation because Robin has been working to promote plant-based living for decades!
Robin Jeep was a gourmet chef to the stars in LA when a serious accident in 2002 triggered gut health and autoimmune issues. Searching for answers she read Joel Fuhrman, MD’s #1 New York Times's best selling book, Eat To Live and transitioned to whole food plant-based eating in order to survive. This led her to work for Dr. Fuhrman as a dietary assistant, patient coach, and food formulator. At his clinic, she helped people reverse numerous chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases just from eating plants! Since then, she’s authored "The Super Antioxidant Diet" book and educated people from around the world about the benefits of eating a WFPB diet. Her most recent endeavor is bringing her indulgent yet nutritious muffin meals to market.
