Kaylene Langford began StartUp Creative after a period of depression, anxiety and worry. She realised there were things in her life that weren’t serving her, including her job, certain relationships and the absence of mindfulness. After discovering meditation and rituals she was able to turn her life around and now she is the creator of her existence and a successful entrepreneur.
