  • Pumpkin Spice Life
As the weather gets colder, you might have an urge to stay indoors more frequently and bundle up on the couch with your favorite pumpkin spice snack. This is the time of year we all tend to let the diet slide a bit more and we get a little less active. • Excuses
If your goal is to make a change in your body or your lifestyle, or anything else for that matter you have to make a plan and stick to it. When it comes to fitness, the phrase “life happens” is legitimate but that doesn’t mean you can stay committed. In a rare moment, Lindsay has some choice words today!
