Whether you’re trying to transform your body for looks, feeling, or just to be able to be a badass you MUST have a plan. Playing around in the gym or the kitchen and just hoping for the best can only go so far. If you want to build muscle, the plan must progress so that your body has to adapt. If you want to lose fat, you will get to a point where the fat loss plateaus. These are all reasons to add progression to your routine. You simply can not follow one program for 12 weeks and see change the whole time.
