It's tough to know where to start because Danny Jardine does a plethora of different exercises. Partly just to not get bored and partly to not overtrain and get injured. Danny does Cycling, road running, trail running, swimming, he works out, yoga, meditation plus hiking and walking. Plus Danny has not really had a rest day from exercising in 2 years, simply amazing. Very easy to see that Danny is a very motivated person. Always looking to do a little more each year, Danny keeps track of his stats to keep himself on track and moving. Danny talks about fundraising for his Alzheimer's biking event that he does each year, 500 km this year for his most ever. Constantly moving Danny is a wonderful storyteller and this is one episode you just don't want to miss. So pull up a chair or listen while exercising, you will be glad you did.
