This week's episode is dedicated to my goals, intentions, and resolutions for 2023. I felt extra inspired this year to create goals for myself and try my best to stick to them. I'm hoping by making this into a podcast episode that it helps to hold me accountable and hopefully inspires you as well! After explaining each one I noticed a lot of my goals seem to focus on wellbeing for this year which I love. Of course we also catch up on my life, enjoy :)
