I love the end of the year.  🙌🏻

Looking back on the year and reflecting on all the things.  What worked, what didn’t, and everything in between.  

Over the past six years, I have been super intentional about my goal setting practice.  Not only what I wanted not only my business to look like, but my life.  Kids, family, relationships, health, finances and spiritual.  It’s so fun to look back at those years and see what goals were accomplished, and which ones got put back on the list.   

The good? 

Each year, I’ve gotten better.  Better at setting goals, better at planning and executing them and this year was the best year in accomplishing them.  

And Yes!  2021 was another personal best year.  AWESOME!

Melissa is a super mama of five kiddos, enjoys long hikes or playing in her garden.  At the end of the day you can find her snuggling with a self development book with an ice cold beer.
