My UTI survival guide!
Cranberry is great just make sure it’s well sourced. She could also get 100% Pure cranberry juice to add to her water daily. Make sure it just has one ingredient (cranberry).
Here’s my typical uti protocol:
1. Drink a minimum of half your body weight in oz of spring water (not tap) with a little gray salt sprinkled in it a day. I use this brand https://amzn.to/3vBkfZQ
2. Probiotic that targets vaginal health - maybe try this. https://amzn.to/388v0dX
3. Take D-Mannose Power (not pills) daily https://amzn.to/3MqYq5I
4. Cotton underwear or no underwear (no thongs, or silk)
5. Make sure your body soap is non-toxic because that can throw off your natural vaginal ph.
6. Take a hot bath or two a week with a splash or two of Apple cider vinegar.
7. Consider a sugar detox or seriously limiting sugar for awhile so the candida (sugar overgrowth) will die off.
8. Pee right after sex
9. Make sure hands are washed/clean before touching - for both of them.
