The bar continues to rise with every generation. High schoolers today are navigating immense pressure in academics, sports, college expectations, social pressures, and more. Teaching them the right mindset tools will help them to stay level-headed and make the right decisions toward their goals.

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by Ava Borah, one of my Raising Confidence students. Ava, her parents, and her brother all took part in my 8-week course and I was in awe of the growth they had as a family throughout their journey. Ava is a high schooler and is involved in a variety of activities spanning sports and leadership. It has been so incredible getting to know Ava and I am inspired by how strong her values are as a young woman. 

Throughout this episode, Ava talks with me about joining Raising Confidence and her current experience in high school. You will hear how Raising Confidence impacted Ava’s family dynamic, how she is navigating the pressures of being in high school, the values that she and her boyfriend have instilled in their relationship, living with intention, and so much more.
