After the success of our Summer Eats E-Cookbook, my team decided to create another E-Cookbook, this time focusing on mocktails & party snacks. The cookbook contains over 55 IC-friendly recipes for dips, appetizers, mocktails, dessert beverages, and hot beverages. My favorites are the hot crab dip, the rhubarbtini, and the pumpkin latte. Going to a party? Bring the pizza dip or the blueberry brie bites. Hosting a party? Create a pitcher of one of the mocktails & let your guests add there own alcohol.
