  • Anger
    Anger!
I was listening to a lecture for school the other day, and this man (a doctor) was speaking about how anger is the one emotion that isn't “acceptable”. When people act out of anger, we judge them. But, I believe, anger is an emotion we feel in response to other emotions. Sadness, shame, guilt, fear, hurt, worry, frustration, anxiety, and jealousy often lead to us acting in anger.
Today we discuss the 6 dimensions of anger (how we express it) and 10 different kinds of anger and how to manage. I will also share some tips on how to navigate and express our anger in healthy, constructive ways!
Also, as mentioned, if there is a topic you'd like to hear about, please send me a message at [email protected]
Thank you and be very, very well.

  • Health Coaching: Why? Who? What?
Today we spend a little time going into detail about what a health coach is! I am sure you have heard of this field, or maybe have seen companies who offer these services, but really dont quite understand what they do, who they are for, and why these do this?
We are going to talk about JUST THAT. Plus, a bit more detail into what brought me to this career change after being in the food industry for so long, WHY I decided to take the leap into something that was a bit unknown to me at the time, and WHO this can benefit.
Hopefully I am able to clear up any questions you may have. But if not, feel free to reach out to me @ [email protected]. I would love to hear from you!
