How in the world can a person stop eating sugar? This tasty substance is practically part of our DNA. It's so addictive! But it's possible to stop eating sugar. Reducing the number of carbs you eat is the first step toward reducing cravings. Even still, that's not a bulletproof solution.

There are many reasons we crave sweets, many of which have nothing to do with hunger. DIRTY, LAZY, KETO allows for substitutions to help you on your journey to stop eating sugar. Brilliant, right? There is nothing wrong with including sugar-free products (i.e. jello) to help curb cravings. I'll share more specific tips and low carb product examples in this podcast video, "How to Stop Eating Sugar on a Keto Diet."
