  • Running an $80K/Month Design Agency with No Employees (Brett Williams of Designjoy)

Brett Williams earns $80k/month in pure PROFIT thanks to his subscription design agency, Designjoy. But, there's something unique about his business… He has no employees!

While most design businesses focus on outsourcing work to freelancers or junior members of the team, Brett focuses on creating high-quality designs. And the best way to ensure that is to just do it himself!

His design work is SO popular, he's even had to turn off orders in the past to prevent more client sign-ups. And he doubled his prices to reduce interest—which ended up backfiring and actually brought more clients in.

If you've ever wanted to learn about launching a successful design agency, you'll love this episode.

In this conversation, you'll enjoy 3 BIG things:

    1. How to make tons of money WITHOUT reinventing the wheel
    2. Why Brett has actually AVOIDED hiring freelancers
    3. And how raising your prices can bring you MORE clients instead of less

Enjoy those 3 things… plus a bunch more ear nuggets along the way.
