In this episode, Celeste Rains-Turk chats with Noora Mahonen, 22 year old  Olympia qualified competitor who earned her pro card in July of 2018 and went on to place 2nd at her pro debut and has since won two pro shows.  Noora talks about what got her into competing and how she stepped on stage for the first time at 17 years old. She shares what she has had to focus on given her body type and what she has done to level up since turning pro.  Noora gives us some insight into what she learned from gaining 20 kilos in 2 weeks after one of her shows and how it impacted her preps.
