Many people on social media share about post show struggles and failing their reverse diet. I know for me I had the full intent to follow a recovery diet. Little did I know that life would have different plans for me. This episode I open up on why I decided to stop tracking macros completely. I share my struggles post show and I came to the choice to stop tracking. I share more about anxiety and setting unrealistic expectations post show. Lastly, I share about how I go about mindful eating and how it has helped my mental health. I talk about mindset shifts I have been making during this post show phase and I feel ready to embrace this new season of life.
