Jess and I have worked with both lifestyle and competition prep clients but have noticed a big mistake these clients can make and that is hunger hacking. This episode we describe what hunger hacking is and how it can be beneficial. We also talk about the cons of hunger hacking and how it can make your food focus higher. This episode is great for anyone that is wanting to diet in a way that will be healthy and sustainable way. We also share our own personal struggle with hunger hacking and what we have learned from it.

Many people on social media share about post show struggles and failing their reverse diet. I know for me I had the full intent to follow a recovery diet. Little did I know that life would have different plans for me. This episode I open up on why I decided to stop tracking macros completely. Lastly, I share about how I go about mindful eating and how it has helped my mental health.
